I really think Don Opper deserves an award for his role as Charlie, He was great. he made you laugh in the first film. He made you miss him in the second film, You cheered for him in the 3rd film and I feel his last few moments in the 4th film are kind of depressing, it made me feel sorry for Charlie cause he is such a great guy. He didn't deserve that ending but i feel it was a great way to wrap up the initial story/plot between him an Ug.

Ug really pissed me off... now that I look back at it all it was a good tragedy, though I thought the Ug/Charlie relationship in the first 2 was one of the best buddy/buddy's in sci-fi history and I would have liked to see it played out differently.

they did have a great friendship but all in all i believe that he cared more about Lee then Charlie and after Lee died he just didn't care anymore and it drove him to madness or greed both are the same thig....anyways the way it ended it truly showed you how great of a guy Charlie is, if though he was friends with UG and cared about him he knew what he was doing was wrong and Ug payed the ultimate sacrifice for it.

What was Ug's motive at the end of part 2 when he 'turned' into Charlie after thinking he died? I saw it as acceptance for Lee's death and possibly live the rest of his life as him in remembrance. He had hella respect for him. And the only 'logical' way I can see him turning bad is through rigorous training in the Terracorp 'military' leaving him pretty much 'brainwashed' and 'reprogrammed' leaving him without any of the 'human element' that he gained on Earth and by working with humans. That leads him to better himself in the company, make them more money and land him an epic job due to his prior experience on the field and communication with other lifeforms (which he mainly killed). So he pretty much turned back into the 'zombie' he once was and will do whatever they tell him. Plus he got his own Stormtroopers... and who DOESN'T want that? lo

I've actually never seen the Movie, but I'm a big Don Keith Opper Fan. Also the idea of hearing him talk outside a Movie would be really cool!

Ag is the biggest victim of a broken heart. he could no longer trust the people, life on Earth had robbed him of Lee, he could no longer be the same.
