This film has been getting notoriety as being one of the scariest films in the last 10 years and after watching it myself i have to agree, it was genuinely creepy throughout the entire film and gave an overall feeling of fear. James wan (director) did an amazing job at capturing a dream like atmosphere. it felt like a true through back to classic haunted house films. In my opinion Insidious will be talked about for awhile and it may not be classified as a classic horror film 10 years from now I'm sure people will still be watching it and still being scared from it. So what is everyones thoughts on this creepy horror film? Did it scare you?

Can't say that it scared me, but it was definitely creep and very well made. The score was amazing. I thought about the film all night while trying to sleep, so I guess it got under my skin. I saw it yesterday and I already want to see it again.

James Wan earns respect from me. he's never let me down and Insidious was no different. The whole film created an eerie atmosphere and I chomped my tooth pick in half. It takes a lot to impress me with movies now days, but this is probably the closest Hollywood will ever get to the truly creepy vibe that foreign horror films always leave me with.
